I currently reside in Florida, and am currently studying web design. I am hoping this will just be a stepping stone for further education geared to a more artistic and creative career but both time and money will tell. I'm still an amateur artist at best, and I am still learning a lot about comics, painting, concepts, thumbnails, and basic anatomy. I really want learn all that I can about figure drawing, of which I still can't seem to understand the basic idea of symmetry, either that or my hand doesn't. Which would be strange since, I've been using it to sketch and doodle since I was a kid.
I've been into art just about as long and I do like all forms of art. I like the way that photos accurately depict a moment in time, how you can draw or paint a stunning landscape or portrait, or how you can sculpt something that is almost identical to the original. I've also come to terms that it would be very difficult to become very good at all three, and that focusing on one at a time might be ideal. So thus, I plan on continuing on my path of drawing and painting.
